While it plays a role in our process, we place greater value on stable employment, positive rental history, and strong references - If you’ve demonstrated responsibility and a track record of on-time payments, we’re more than willing to work with you.

Many of our properties are newly constructed and you may be the first to live in our home. And as the first resident in many of our homes, you’ll enjoy brand-new interiors and a space designed with comfort and quality in mind. For our other homes, you can expect well-maintained, thoughtfully updated spaces that meet the same high standards.
