A commitment to client service has been at the forefront of every decision and has guided his management approach throughout his professional journey.
In addition to his work in healthcare, David has personally owned and managed investment properties for many years and has been actively involved in the family’s real estate business for over two decades. Today, he has shifted his focus entirely to helping lead and grow the family business, dedicating 100% of his efforts to ensuring thoughtful, hands-on property management. Based in Florida, David lives near the homes he oversees and remains deeply involved in their day-to-day operations—bringing the same values of accountability, responsiveness, and care to every resident interaction.
